It’s a clipboard, decently constructed.

The size fits the chess notation pager perfectly, my son uses this in his tournament. A little bit overprice.

It's a basic clip board with no fancy designs. But it has a pen holder on top which makes it very useful. No looking around for the pen. It's there in the round metallic part on top. If I were to need another clip board, I'd buy this again.
