Directions were a little confusing but it worked great!

I bought a different one prior to getting this one, but the case was so confusing I took it back. I saw this one and it was SO easy to use and took GREAT pictures and video! No water leakage at all and used this case everyday for a week with multiple phones. Never had one issue. For my kids smaller phones we wedged paper towel in the sides so it wouldn’t move around in the case… I am so happy that I purchased this!

This case looks and feels it would provide waterproof security for a phone. Unfortunately it is ineffective for my Samsung Note20 Ultra 5g. The case trigger does not provide enough pressure to activate my camera, the mechanism does not reach my 'trigger' button for the camera. One has to leave the camera active in order to use the case. On my phone the camera shuts off after about 3 minutes which then makes it useless, as the case does not allow for touchscreen access (as described by the seller). I had high hopes, but had to return it since I can't use it with my phone.

I used this case with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The external button worked ok, but I found it was a lot easier using the touch screen photo button with camera mode open. You do need to have your camera on before putting it into the case - although when my phone timed out to the lock screen at one point, I was able to hold down the camera quick access icon and open the camera right back up. Sunscreen will leave a film on the touchscreen of the case, so clean it off after each use. The camera lens are "looking out" through a tempered glass panel with a layer of air between the camera and the glass- which prevents the distortion that I have gotten using one of the cheaper a "plastic bag" style camera waterproof holders. This is similar to how your eyes see things when using a snorkeling mask. I was also able to switch from video to photo easily. I was really excited about the quality of my pictures when I got back to the beach after each snorkel swim. The pictures were even ok when the one site had more waves and stirred up sand in the water. The pics included in this review are from two different sites. I did use a keychain ring to attach the "unlocking" tool directly to the wrist strap. This was helpful when I wanted to get my phone back out of the case after the dive and didn't have to worry that it was lost or somewhere at the bottom of my beach bag. It does have a little buoyancy because there is air in the case - which is not enough for it to float on the surface, so keep it tethered to you. If you are actually diving with it, there is an air release valve on the front of the case. Also, make sure to rinse it in fresh water after each dive to protect the metal latch components.

The media could not be loaded. I got to use this case 1 time unfortunately because I lost one tiny screw!! The case is super cool and easy to use while inside the water and the pictures and video came out really nice!I ended up loosing the screw that is in the back of the case while trying to put it away. This screw is essential to close the case and to prevent water from coming in… :( I’m not sure where to find this specific screw if you can advice where or how i can get it pleaseee let me know!

I used this for my iPhone and loved it. Pictures were very clear. I never got the buttons on the sides to work and underwater you can't press the screen easily. But loved having the wristlet for safety while we were swimming. No issues with water going inside the case at all.

Great quality videos and no leaks! So excited for summer fun in the water park. It's easy to put on & remove compared to another we tried. Durable for my 14 year old and comes with a cord attached to hold on to it.

On our last trip I used this on two separate snorkel dives.It worked very well and my pictures came out great.Others had said they had issues with using the touch screen under water. I had no issues with that. I was able to zoom without issue.Beware that your iPhone will overheat while you are underwater. It does help if you turn off the WiFi and put it in airplane mode.That will also help with battery life while you are diving.Also beware that the shutter button is slow. I’m not sure why. But there is a delay between pushing the button and the phone taking the picture. So don’t move your camera too quickly after you take a picture
