Very bright, many settings, excellent remote, but motion detection not so good.
This is a somewhat complicated under kitchen cabinet light. I have several versions, some have simple 'wave your hand' under them to turn on or off. This one is supposed to have that, but... it doesn't always work for me. But... there is a snazzy remote control for this that works great! You can set all kinds of 'color temperatures' and brightness. Using either the remote control or the confusing buttons (difficult to reach after installation under a kitchen cabinet). It does require connecting to a standard USB (5 Volts) charging source (they give you a cable), to charge it up (takes 2-3 hours if already dead). There ARE buttons ON the light fixture to do all the things the remote will do.. but nobody uses them that I know. The remote is the way to set it up and turn it on or off.The motion sensor thing only keeps the light on for 20 seconds, unless you wave your hand (motion) again. But there is an 'always on mode' which you will probably use, and turn it off with the remote. You can also set it for 15/20/60 minutes before it turns off. This overrides the 20 second shut-off for lack of motion, they say. There is a night mode -- dusk-to-dawn, won't turn on with motion in the day. There is a day mode -- motion sensor works in day time, too.How long does the battery last (between charges) if not permanently connected to a USB source? NOT very long! Of course that depends upon how long the light has been ON! If you depend upon using the internal battery, not wiring it up to a USB source permanently, hooking up the USB card and recharging now and then, you'll be disappointed. I highly suggest you just hook up the recharge USB cable to the light when you install it under your cabinet, and run that to a nearby outlet/USB adapter source permanently. Leave it plugged in all the time. Then... use the remote (or trust the motion sensor to work!) to turn it on and off!You will (just as me) set the color temperature and brightness to something that you like ONCE, and probably never reset those settings again! I like mine full bright, at 6500K (full white-- none of that weak yellow light for me!).But the remote (and the confusing buttons ON the light) will allow you to change the color temp and brightness as often as you want to change them.If you speak/read languages other than English: There are FOUR PAGES each of operating and installation instructions in : English, German, French, and Spanish! There are many more much simpler under-cabinets lights for sale here on Amazon. But if you like the remote control device function, or feel the need to select a different 'color temperature' and brightness now and then, then THIS is the one for you!

Small, but mighty!
I needed extra light in a display cabinet that has insufficient wired lighting. These are small yet they are powerful enough to light up the corners of the cabinet. Remote works great!

Remote works well.
Some of the lights did not stick very well to the cabinet and fell off several times..ended up using super glue. Remote works well so far.

Lights are good. One remote doesn’t work completely.
The lights are good. The adhesive does not work well. They aren’t as bright as I would’ve liked either but lights up a space mildly.I specifically bought this set of lights because the set came with two remotes. One if the remotes doesn’t work well. Only 3 buttons work while others don’t function at all. I’d love a replacement but not sure who to contact. I’d return the entire purchase however I’m already using 2 of the lights with adhesive and all. All I really want is to replace this remote with a functioning one and would really hate to have to order a remote that turns out is not compatible.REVIEW UPDATE=============Seller is very responsive. Was able to refund me a portion of the overall cost due to my troubles. Very happy with this customer service and believe I was one of the few who experienced a partial order problem. Would order from them again just for their fast-acting customer service and ability to make things right. Good customer service can be hard to come by but this seller was attentive. Only wish the product was better.

Great value and looks
I really like these lights. Strong enough, easy to install without drilling. Look excellent under my cabinets. Like the remote and auto switch off after a while. Not too cool. Don't know about battery life yet. The only thing I would change is make them switch off all at once rather than point at different areas and press off several times. Overall great value.

.it does the job for lighting a small area
The tape that comes with the lights is not strong enough. We had to use 3MM double sided tape to make it hold in place.

Prompt delivery and brighter than the ones I had.
They were well priced and the size that I needed. However, they did not work as they were supposed to and did not get brighter. Unfortunately, they will have to be returned.

Great lights!
I really like these little lights. They’re easy to install and they do exactly what I was looking for. The remote works great. The one thing I’m not crazy about is they seem to turn themselves off after an hour.

Bastante bien

Gute Idee - kleines Aber

Good job!
Very good. As expected. Buy your own sticky tape to attach.

Compact under counter lights.
Bought these for my wife, she has over the past month, bought about 150 or so different coloured paperweights, and a five shelved bookshelf and I thought I would surprise her with these. They are small and very well finished with the white and chrome finish, I’m now getting used to the unit in the living room, and the lights just enhance the colours and makes it more pleasant to look at. The wife thinks they’re great and makes her collection more interesting, so I’m very pleased with the quality and price, and the size they are quite petite as lights go.

Easy to install lights that come with a remote control
I found the lights weren't as bright 7/10 as I liked but they did the job nonetheless. 3 colour temperatures and an easy to use remote to control.
