Great if you have elbow tedonitis
Bought this pad to use for sitting cable curls. Definitely worked great and allowed me to continue to do curls while suffering from right-elbow tendonitis, and have seen strength gains since purchased. Highly recommended.

needs a strap
It's kind of awkward to pick up the bar if you're having to get it off of the floor. As if this thing had a strap to hold it to your waist. Other than that, it works great.

Like it but a bit too thick
Like the product, but it is a bit too thick for my preference. I'm an average 5'10" male in decent shape and this could be ~2" thinner in volume for my build. The design doesn't seem to scale well for different body sizes, but it works okay enough.

Very expensive considering it's a lump of foam in a zipped bag, but somehow still cheaper than the competition on here. Cost aside though it is ideal; easy and comfortable to use while taking up very little space. Would be 5/5 if not for the fact I felt like I was being mugged while paying for it

Nimmt nicht viel Platz weg und Preacher Curls sind super. Der Preis kommt mir ein bisschen hoch vor aber ist bei Fitness Equipment wohl einfach so
