Bought this TV due to the size to fit snuggly in my TV nook. All the features work great but the sound quality is pretty bad. After one year I decided to supplement with a sound bar since it was really bothersome over time. It could be worse because of the nook I installed it in but I think the sound is just not that great.

I ordered for of these televisions for a conference center. They arrived on time and the boxes had no dings, dents, and did not appear damaged in any way. We were in the middle of construction, so they weren't unpackaged and installed until mid-November. When we unpackaged them the televisions were protected by multiple layers of foam and support, so I thought they should be fine. Unfortunately, once they were hooked up, 3 of the 4 televisions displayed lines on the screen making them totally useless. We rebooted them, tried other outlets, and tried other power cables, however, the picture never improved. These were defective leaving the factory. The television that did work was decent, however, a 25% success rate is terrible. Unfortunately I didn't discover the TVs were defective until after the return period, so now I can't even return them for a replacement... Hopefully the company sees this review and is willing to make the situation right. If they do I will amend my review accordingly.

The TV is great. Wonderful sound and picture and works well with the Google Home app. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the description states specifically that it has a Alexa compatibility and that was one of the reasons I bought it. Not a big enough disappointment to return it, but I thought I should write a review to let everyone know that there is no Alexa compatibility with this product

Love this brand. Screen is great, colors vibrant, and love the google usage! Works with my older remote.

I like the convenience of having free channels and special channels to subscribe to, if I want, all in one place! No complaints after months of daily use.

Great vibrant screen and screen savers. BUT the operation is NOT smooth at all. Is it the remote? The tv technology? The way its can't hold onto the internet signal? I. Have four tvs. This is my largest one and I have come to hate it because of the above reasons. The remote double dips when you're trying to Search on a keyboard. And nine times out of ten you cannot turn off the t v the first time. I just want to give it away and start over. I got the 55 inch and it's a beautiful picture, sir.Which is the best thing I can say about it.

Nice TV, easy to set up only thing I did was adjust the contrast.it has a great picture, I turned off sound and installed my sound bar all this was very easy to do.
