Laptop functions well, clear screen, wish the volume could be louder. Battery lasts as described.

Can I give this laptop a 10/10. I love it. The prize is affordable compared to the ones at the stores. I love every bit of it. Charges fast and the battery last me almost a 2 days with serious work on it (school assignments, essays and work). Enough storage for me, color is silver. I just love hp laptops but this one with the touchscreen that works perfectly is the best for me. I also have a Chromebook (hp) with touchscreen, I hav had that for 5yrs now and I am so glad I bought it.

Laptop totally satisfied my needs and expectations.

I had this computer for less than a month. I didn’t use it regularly. Not even a month goes by and the screen looked as if someone was making a selection on the left side. This caused the apps to not work, if they were open on the left side. Also it was making the sound as it do if a key is being pressed. It made it difficult to type if the document was fully open and touching the left size. It wouldn’t allow you to type. I returned it before a month and the seller took $112. If some was taken because it was open, I don’t think that amount was fair, when the computer had malfunctions.

My hp computer came in right on time and it's completely new and it works amazingly!!! It came in perfect condition! I would 100% suggest to buy it. IT IS TOUCHSCREEN. It works fast and it has an amazing battery life and it's easy to use. And it's perfect for on the go!

I love it. It came from Best Deal Electronics (third party seller) with 16 GB RAM. I had a problem with it a few months after receiving it. I couldn't power on. Then after a BIOS setup, I could turn it on, but it had to be connected to a power source, or it would shut off. HP had already told me that because the seller added the extra 8 GB RAM, the warranty was canceled. But when I spoke to the seller, they said they were still covering it under warranty for the year from purchase date. They instructed me to send it to them, and they would make the repair and send it back. Finally, I got it to them the day before the warranty was to expire. They repaired it and sent it back very quickly, and I am so pleased. I think it has been too long to write a review for this seller, but I just wanted people to know that I was very happy with them.

Description on this laptop should be more specific. The rose gold color is not touchscreen, only the silver. Overall is a good laptop.

Works fine, but could use more USB ports.
