I'm not happy

When I received the box, it was torn and damaged, and when I opened it, I noticed there were fingerprints on it, and there was no plastic safety cover on the plug either. It was obvious that this item was either returned or second-hand, and it was really disappointing for me. I'm waiting to show it to my partner maybe I'll return. I'm not happy.
