It works as expected and very easy to install. Make sure that you prop the hood up with something sturdy so it will not fall on you or have a second person to hold it up.

Great price and quality shock for 2015 VW CC
Super easy to install. Instructions provide. Only tool you need is a flat screwdriver to remove old one. So far good. Dealer tried to charge me x3 times the price. Great value!

Fits correctly and is a 60 second install.
This was a 60 second installation on a 2010 VW CC. Once the old strut is removed this part simply snaps on.
