Conant Vermont Grande View 24"Thermometer (Living Finish Brass)

This large thermometer is simple, attractive and can be read from anywhere in the yard. The two sided readout was an unexpected bonus. A welcome addition to our outdoor living space.

easy to see, arrived in great shape and material was as stated - real brass. I have enjoyed being able to see it from across the porch from inside the house rather then having to brave the weather. Adds a nice touch to our house.

Very nice! Easy to read from inside the house (for us older folks).Two sided makes it even better - aim one side toward the window and the other facing the chairs on the porch.

After a year of use, the Red Mercury inside of the Thermometer faded and it very hard to read the temperature That is the only then that makes the thermometer get a bad rating.If the Red Mercury would not fad, the Thermometer would be Great. I wish I could find a replacement for red mercury Thermometer.

It looks amazing and is easy to read from inside the house. Love it!

Saw other reviews on Conant and Sharper Image saying the glass spirit tube was broken when they received it. Mine came broken also. Wouldn’t you think with all the returned thermometers they would come up with a better shipping method?
