These worked good. 1 was DOA - spring didn't work, so it would open and stay open, or close and stay closed - tried wd40 to no avail. No real problem. I do engraving, and I have about 25 different wooden key chains, so I'm using these to hold multiple key chains on each one for transportation and then quick setup of the key chains at the craft show, so I don't have to put up one at a time. Just pop the whole thing on the peg, and unlock it. Works perfect for that. Nice and small - easy to open.

Just what we needed at a great price

Cheap product, but good for small tasks or as disposables. Small and difficult to handle. Can tear up the thumbs quite a bit.

Unfortunately I can't give more than 3 stars. Good price but terrible quality. Good thing we have 30 of them. They don't last and they break quickly. We only use them for chicken coop enclosures, and they still break after a very very short time. We do not recommend.

These were perfect for what I needed. I used them on a zipper pouch for a carrying case. Not a strong heavy quality but good for light use.

These Mini Carabiners are very magnetic. I know there is some SS alloys that are slightly magnetic when held next to a magnet, but these just clamp onto the magnet like a piece of iron. The finish is dull, like zinc plating. I soaked on in salt water for a day, but so far have not noticed any rust or corrosion. Only time will tell how these will hold up to the elements.

The product description mentions "stainless steel," but after taking a closer look at one of the photos, I realized it actually says "zinc galvanized steel." This was a disappointing surprise. It’s possible the description is only referring to the spring being stainless steel, but the carabiners themselves are definitely not. I tested them with a rare earth magnet and confirmed they are not stainless steel.The quality of these carabiners is decent, but they are not suitable for constant outdoor exposure. I’ve also purchased carabiners from other brands like "Outmate," and those are 100% stainless steel. If you plan to use these indoors, they should work fine, but outdoor use is questionable.
