Dangwrous as lid dosent close property and gets tight sometimes. Lid is not permenantly attached to kettle. I got burnt as the lid fell off while pouring hot water

used in office everyday except weekends. lasted only 6 months. started leaking.

I bought this kettle, after a while i had an issue with the basement where i called the dealer any they were very supportive. They sent another basement through a courier. When i still faced the same issued the send me a new kettle directly. They keep in touch with me to ensure that I’m satisfied and the kettle is working perfectly. I really recommended this dealer and their machines.

New and it started leaking water = i can NOT use it !! Problem is i bought 5 more devises from same brand. Really worried they also will leak water! How to return and get refund after the return period is over?

الهيتر قوي وممتاز وتمام وتحس انه جودة والتغليف والتوصيل كويس لكن لو كان مغلف ببلاستيك من الخارج افضل عشان ما يحرق لو لمسته وعيبه الثاني انه يستمر بالغليان لما يطفي اوتوماتيك ويضل يطفي ويشتغل لحد انت ما تطفيه بنفسك طبعا هذه الخدمة من اساسه عشان الهدف منها انه يتخدر عليه الشاهي طول ساعتين او 3 ساعات ما يبرد
