I was really surprised these aren’t super stretchy. I’ve always had hair elastics that have enough stretch to put your hair up but these are super tight. Definitely disappointed.

I don't know how these are going to hold up yet, my daughter has been wearing the pink ones for approximately a week and a half now and they have stretched a bit ... I don't know how much more stretching they will do. Depending if they keep stretching I will update my review.

I like hair holders that allow 3 twists ... these are great for holding hair up away from my face. Colors offered go well with my clothing.

My daughter is lucky have a very thick ponytail. Most hair ties and bands damage it and don't really hold the pony tail in place, even though plastic spiral wire ones. These work very well, although they are slightly smaller than the beige ones I initially found at Ulta, and allow me to wrap them around my daughter's hair only 2 times instead of 3, decreasing the hold strength. I wish they were a little larger, especially since they make them a little larger in beige color.

I’m only giving four stars even though I love this product; I had bought the black set from the company website about a year ago, and it’s been my holy grail of hair ties — I honestly think my hair comes out of a pony with MORE volume and body when I use these hair ties than if I just leave it down or style it. Deducting a star, however, because this color pack doesn’t seem to hold as tightly, somehow? They look the same as my black pack, but are softer, and I have to loop three times instead of two or they just slide right out. They’re still comfortable, no-break, no-pull ties, I’m just not sure why they don’t have the same elasticity as the product I’ve used in the past.
