Bag Boy Revolver XP Cart Bag

Bought this bag for my dad for his birthday. Safe to say he absolutely LOVES it compared to his old bag. The turning top feature is a game changer and as long as you aren't extremely rough with it, the bag should last a long time without any issues. I would say this is more of a mid-priced golf bag, but worth the investment!

Excellent bag. Holds you clubs securely and it allows you to rotate your clubs to get the club you need.

I bought this to replace my bag boy LTD. They have made significant changes in the bag from the LTD series. First thing that is very noticeable is that the bag is much lighter. The second major change is the top of the bag has larger holes for clubs both very good upgrades. I would prefer that they keep the second putter holder. It is very useful in the round to hold a ball retriever or a wedge, easy access around the greens. There are 2 things that I do not like that were significant changes. The first is the bag is taller. This because it is taller the back of the bag no longer lines up with standard golf carts or push carts. The second thing that is rather annoying is the tee holder on the pocket has slots. The tees do not stay in the holder. The LTD bag had a great tee holder. Finally if your looking to hold more than 2 bottles of Gatorade this not the bag for you. Another change that went in the wrong direction front LTD version. Over all a good bag the next version needs incorporate some of the older designs.

I like the sturdy build. The rotating club-holder is handy, especially since I swap between push-cart and riding - I can turn it so the clubs are facing the right way.The solid-tube body of the bag keeps the stuff in the pockets from encroaching on the clubs. My push-cart is less vertical than most, and the weight of the golf balls and other stuff I carry can make it hard to pull a club out of my old bag, because it had corner supports rather than a solid tube like this one has.The big side pockets expand to accommodate extra clothing, and there are plenty of pockets for all my stuff.

I was a little skeptical of this bag when I bought it, but absolutely love it now that I have been using it. I really like the ability to turn the head to the club I want when pulling from the golf cart. The only challenge is the grooves meant to keep the clubs still during movement - they are a little hard to click the club shafts into so I don’t always use them. I am guessing over time and usage they will loosen up making them easier to use and keep my clubs from rattling during movement.

The media could not be loaded. This bag is amazing. All of my clubs can clip in and remain in place, even the driver with a thicker shaft. Another bonus is the the end of the club grip locks into the bottom of the channel for even more security (except for lob/52° wedge which was too short to rest on bottom and clip in up top). Seems like it will hold up well.

I love the revolver feature; it makes selecting the club you want very easy. I do wish there were side handles or loops to assist in easier loading/unloading the golf cart.
