I use my thumb as the fingerprint and I did about 15 impressions of my thumb, so whenever I press my thumb on it no matter what it's going to automatically open. Best purchase I've made in a long time.

This is a really nice gun safe very well put together the weight is good very sturdy I would recommend it to buy it hold both my guns with ease I love the blue light when open . Very spacious. Now put the 5 digit code in was hard at first but that was on me I was hold the set up button until I heard a beep which was wrong you just press it real quick then press 1 then enter any 5 digit code you want . After that it was all good .

I like that this gun safe has three options to open, if the battery goes out then I can use the key that accompanied the safe. The fingerprint scan is great and I can quickly open using my fingerprints. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a gun safe to keep a loaded weapon, safe from children and other people.

This is a nice safe, good size for one gun. The biometrics work well and there is rarely an error reading my prints. It’s sturdy, but could be a little more robust. I’d have to say it’s a great buy and it’ll keep little ones out of the safe.

It would not accept any new codes, finger print or time. I watched video, tried resetting, changed batteries and used usb for power with no luck. Called for suppprt and those steps failed as well. Returning and requesting a new one. Will update once I receive.Update: received replacement the very next day but unfortunately it did the same exact thing. Nothing worked accept the factory code to enter. Returning for refund and will check another brand.

I almost sent this back when i discovered that i was holding the set button to long ( you know 1 1000) all really needed was just to touch it and worked as it was suppose to glad i didn't it is perfect and works like a dream and keeps little hands away from where they shouldn't be

It works well, no issues. The reviews ive seen about the fingerprint reader or programming the code not working is the users holding the program button down too long. Theres a review here with a video of someone doing just that and saying it doesnt work. You hold the program button down for ONE SECOND, hit 1 or 2 depending on what you want to program, fingerprint or number code. If you hold it down for 5 seconds and the button flashes you just reset it to factory settings, thats it.
