May not improve a poor signal
Ok for sending your aerial signal to other rooms but if your signal isn’t good then you need more. I have had to buy a masthead amplifier to boost my signal from my aerial mast to this amp. Just saying if you think this will be sufficient I’m afraid you’re in for a surprise. I stayed with labgear and brought their masthead amp and now all good. This amp sends power up to masthead amp to power it.

Easy to install and working well

Appears to strengthen my picture signal which was pixelating
I have had problems since moving to a new area without sky, where certain Chanel’s keep showing on freeview as no signal. Either that or they keep pixelating. After reading Up the cause..could be poor signal or high pressure, i plumped for this booster. Easy to use, good quality, used for the first time, watched the channel without it breaking up. So fingers crossed this may be all i needed, time will tell so it is usually at night the breakup happens more. Good value, if it cures my problems.

Great item I bought this to Connect a second tv and not to actually boost signal and it does this with superb results with no pixelation whatsoever great buy from a trusted brand!

Watch out radiates a lot of hum which can interfere with other equipment.
Very disappointed in this as I’ve always regarded this brand as being good. Bought to amplify and split the aerial signal with one output going to a TV and the other to an FM tuner for a HiFi. The problem is that the unit is unshielded. The VHF part is screened so it does pick up interference, but the power supply part of the unit is unshielded and unearthed. So the mains hum this gives off interferes badly with the HiFi. It works well enough as an amplifier, but it’s a disaster if it’s near any other equipment that might pick up that radiated hum. Very poor design.
