Honestly, this is my secret weapon for building significant muscle in my late 40s. I don't do creatine much because it makes my face puffy, but this seems to give me similar some similar benefits. If I take it before a workout I have super powers. A visible pump remains in my muscles for days after taking just one. And I also have a CBS gene mutation with processing protein/sulphur and clearing ammonia, and apparently this helps the liver do that, converting safely into urea so it doesn't cause any issues (physical and/or mental!). Besides that it's probably helping my body produce HGH, contributing to the muscle growth and maybe even neuroplasticity/neurogenesis. I use NOW for all my supplements. The prices are good and so are the products. My energy level has improved and all my lab values are now in normal range. Vegan capsules so no bad taste.

Excellent product! I bought this product in November after reading about the benefits of amino acids during and after strenuous workouts. I take these before my morning workouts and in the evening before bed during strength training days. It's helped tremendously with energy and stamina during my workouts and decreased my post workout recovery time. The biggest benefit I've seen is how quickly I recover from strenuous workouts, especially on strength training days. It's reduced the amount of time it usually would take me to recover from muscle soreness, stiffness, fatigue, etc... I really noticed the difference after a very challenging strength day when I started to feel extreme muscle soreness later in the evening. I took these before bed and in the morning, was shocked at how good I felt. Normally I would be so stiff and sore as my muscles recovered. I had little to no muscle fatigue, stiffness or soreness and felt energetic. I'm seeing results because I'm able to train harder and more consistently due to increased recovery time. As usual, consistency with healthy eating/workouts are key so this complements my overall training program. I'm very happy with this product and will continue using it.

I like the quality and the fact that they're not trying to hide anything with their product labeled. I use these when I was in my much younger years as a supplement and I believe from what all is written about them that they are good at what they claim to be doing.
