I bought this mattress in 2024 and I gave it about a year to make my review. I also purchased a new bed frame for this mattress. This is the first time I’ve ever purchased a hybrid mattress and I am here to tell you that this mattress is like a cloud! I sleep in all positions and I have a few spinal issues (scoliosis, one slipped disc, and some parts are not aligned properly) so it was very important for me to find a mattress that would provide me with the comfort and support that I needed for a good night sleep. This mattress is the best choice! I no longer wake up in pain anywhere. I recommend having two people to get the mattress onto the bed frame and into position. It expanded very fast so it had to go on the bed frame as quickly as possible. This is a heavy mattress so there is very little to no concern about it shifting. There was an odor but I remedied that by keeping the window open and a fan on for a few days. I did not sleep on the new mattress for the amount of time that was needed for it to fully expand etc. But my first night in the new bed was amazing! It is not a low or tall bed. I am able to sit down on it comfortably. I do not have any issues with the mattress. It does everything that was advertised here. I will buy the same mattress again if and when I needed to get a replacement. Instead of giving it stars I will give it clouds!

This bed is so comfortable! It was a great addition to my daughter’s bedroom. It did everything that it cleaned to do in the description. I cannot wait to buy myself one..

The media could not be loaded. I bought two of these king mattresses for my rental property, and I’ve been blown away by the feedback—guests constantly comment on how comfortable they are. For the price, the quality is seriously impressive.They are a bit heavy, so definitely a two-person job to get them set up, but once in place, they’re fantastic. Supportive, cozy, and they hold up really well to frequent use. I’d absolutely buy them again and recommend them to anyone outfitting a guest room or vacation rental. Great value!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Didn't really "fluff" up after 72 hours. I recommend getting the 12 inch. 10 inch is just too thin. Overall it is okay just wish I would have went up

Horrible experience. I bought three of these and the first two went off without a hitch. My son and I were opening up the third one and we pull the external layer of plastic off and unrolled it until it got down to the actual mattress that is supposed to be in a vacuumed package, but something must’ve happened where as soon as we rolled the plastic off of the mattress to the end, it exploded like a bomb and literally hit my 17-year-old son in the mouth, cutting his lip with his braces and blowing him back to the wall. He was so stunned and dazed. I thought I was going to have to take him to the hospital. This was a horrible, horrible experience.

I set this up and gave it a day to fully expand before sleeping. Looks great, see photo. Then I had the best sleep I've had in a long time. This meets my standards for firm, very impressed by the technology. I'm not sure how there are coils in here, but they are definitely in here. Has very nice spring to it, watch out when you open the package, it will expand rapidly due to the coils. You will not sink into this mattress in your sleep, this is not some cheap memory foam garbage, this is a real mattress. I really could not be more impressed. It's actually amazing. Also heavy, very heavy, you will need a friend or a dolly to move the package. If I had to guess, I'd say the King weighs around 200 or maybe even 250 and the box dimensions are awkward. Mine had no factory smell either. 11/10 mattress for the price. Just wow.

I am very happy with this 12" mattress. I had never gotten a "bed in a box" before so I was worried. There was no smell when opened -it does POP open so be careful- It expanded immediately - be sure you have plenty of room- It is heavy but I had no problem putting it on the bed frame by myself (husband was at work). I did let it set for the full 72 hours as well as lightly pulling up on the edges once a day -recommend both- It seems like it's not changing at all those first couple of days. But it really is. When first on the frame it sat a little below the bottom of the headboard. Slowly but surely at the end of the 72 hours it was a little above the bottom of the headboard. So definitely wait the full 72 hours. I like the medium firmness myself because it's not "hard" and I don't sink into it either. It's comfortable yet supportive for me - I am 5' 7" and 180 lbs- just remember to read and follow all directions and recommendations and you'll be happy with this mattress.
