The media could not be loaded. Absolutely pathetic. Received the chair on 10th April. The mechanism screw slots on the back of seat are not properly drilled and so the screws do not fit in.Raised support ticket with Green Soul on 14 April. Took them 14 days to send replacement.Received replacement on 28th April and now the seat handle’s screw slots are misaligned.Tells a lot about the brand’s professionalism.
