Arrived on time and in-tact.Genuine Epson ink . Came with instructions that made installation a breeze, which was important because it's an older printer with limited information available online.

I have thorougly enjoyed my Epson printer with the exception of one thing. The inconvenience of purchasing replacement cartridges for it. Since I live in a small town, availability is pretty much non existent. I usually have to drive at a minimum of 80 miles round trip to get them, so you can see why I prefer to purchase them online. Amazon is quick and thorough and reasonably priced. Can't argue with that!

I did receive the product and it does work. However, I did not receive it in the time indicated and paid for. Using my Amazon Prime account, I was suppose to have this order in 2 days. I ordered it on May 3,2011 and received it on May 9, 2011. That's a little more than 2 days. Since this item was sold by Amazon and not a third party company, I do not see why it took so long to get to me. I've ordered from Amazon for many years and this is the first time I've ever had an order take longer than to get to me than it should.

The ink lasts a long time.

This is the only ink I buy. Its great and less expensive if you don't print everyday. I have heard that you want to print something once a week so that your ink doesn't dry out. This lasts for a long time for me, even when I am printing a lot.

I've been shopping on Amazon for a few years, and its the most unstressful way to go. No running around like a nut and products are well represented. Makes you feel secure knowing you're getting exactly what you've ordered. I will continue to shop this way. Even had to return an item and that process is also pain free. They don't always have the lowest price, but when you consider tax and free shipping, they usually are. Only way to go. -f-

I rarely print in color and less than 2 months later the cartridges needed replacement.

If you have an old printer like mine, these cartridges are becoming hard to come by. Even Staples no longer stocks them.
