I honestly wasn’t expecting much because of the price, but this wok surprised me in the best way. I originally went on Amazon to replace the wok from my very expensive HexClad set that my husband accidentally ruined. Their replacement wok alone is around $300, so I decided to try this one instead — and I’m so glad I did. This wok is truly non-stick. Food slides right off, and it cooks evenly every single time. In fact, it performs better than my high-end set, which I never thought I’d say. It has now become our favorite piece of cookware in the entire house. The spatula that comes with it also deserves a mention — it holds up to high heat really well and feels sturdy when cooking, not flimsy like many others that come with budget sets. Overall, we are very impressed. Amazing quality, great price, and honestly better than some luxury brands. If you’re on the fence, just get it — you won’t regret it.

This has become my all time favorite cooking utensil. I use it for everything: stir fry, pastas, shallow frying, hash browns and egg dishes, and pretty much anything else that fits. It is great for making fried rice as Iit is deep enough to stir and flip the rice around without spilling, and literally nothing sticks to it, including scrambled eggs at high stir fry heat. It cleans up with warm water and a sponge or paper towel. We have purchased a couple of expensive woks and high sided sauce pans over the years, but none has been as versatile nor as easy to maintain. Most woks do not include a lid, but this one does and it's a nice one that fits well. I went ahead and also purchased Kordisen sauce pans and their crepe pan/griddle made from the same material and all are excellent and a great value. Highly recommend.

Love this pan. It’s like an enameled wok, deep with large capacity I use it for any larger pan need I have. Cleans beautifully! Nice lid too!

This is the easiest “wok” to maintain and use. I owned a traditional wok for over 30 years, but it was a bit of a hassle to have to keep it seasoned. This is more like a bowl skillet, non stick, and easy cleanup. No need to season! I was a little concerned that it wouldn’t sear or wouldn’t get hot enough up the walls of the bowl. But it gets plenty hot for my purposes. It sears well, and it even partially charred some veggies, which is what I wanted (I don’t use much oil). I’m sure it’s missing some qualities of a real wok, and the granite finish is not for everyone, but it’s lightweight enough to flip veggies, and it does everything I want. The only thing I miss is the ability to scoot this across a burner, which you shouldn’t do because the flat conductive metal plate underneath has a kind of tread to it. But that’s not really a problem, just something to be mindful of. I love it! You can cook almost anything in it. The lid has a vent hole so the glass will not explode. Highly recommended!

Nonstick, Lightweight, good for many cuisines

This is my second time buying this fry pan. The first one took about half year and it started to stick so it is time to get a new one. I had purchased so many nonstick woks, some of brands had very good reputation But it turned out not lasted for a year. So what my conclusion now is not worthy it. Instead of buying those over hundreds wok, choose the fair price one and if it is durable for half year Then i can buy a new one. From spending side, it saves more. Talking about this wok, the weight is perfect without the glass lid. I will recommend to those people likes stir-fried.

After years of using a coated electric wok, I was finally able purchase one that could be used on a gas stove and am 100%+ satified with this wok's quality and how well it cooked the stir fry chicken and vegetables i made for a delicious and healthy meal. The handle was easy to put on and was so much easier to work with than the one I had with the two small handles on either side of the work. Not sure what it's made of, but it is very comfortable to the touch. The wok itself heated so quickly, did not burn and cooked the veggies and chicken thoroughly in a very short amount of time. I had a lot of different vegetables so i cooked each type separately to not overload the wok as the instructions said to fill between 70 & 80% of the wok...great tip. I thought the price point was very fair, given the quality and same day delivery. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again as a gift for someone. Also, clean up was so easy and it came with terrific spatula as well.

Bien emballé, conforme à la description. Livré avec un tournevis pour monter le manche ! Cuisson parfaite : les aliments ne collent pas avec très peu d’huile et le wok se lave très facilement. Il est de bonne qualité. Très contente de mon achat, merci

it looked amazing when I opened the packaging, but as I was trying to assemble it …. as usual with so many products that you receive from Amazon, the designated hole for attaching screws was completely blocked up. Returned immediately
