The small head makes detail work a breeze!
I have tried a few varieties of these small head trimmers and I like this one a lot! It has an on board light that is very helpful and it charges quickly. I have 3 dogs so I typically keep 2 fully charged and ready to go for grooming but also love it for quick touchups. It's advertised as a paw trimmer but I also use it for eyes, fannies, & muzzles. It cleans up easily and is a great value for the price. I plan to purchase a few more as gifts for my dog loving friends!

Better than expected
Definitely much better than I expected for the price, but the one thing that bothers me immensely is that the light doesn’t work on the second speed. Works on the slower speed, but turns off when you go up to faster speed. Like…. Why?! Don’t know if I got a defective one or if this is just how it works. Other than that, I love it! It super easy to use and does a great job once you get the hang of it.

Good for little footies
It gets into the tight spots with minimal noise. My cat doesn't freak out from the sound, but as best practice I always start clippers away from her and then move them so she has a few moments adjustment as turning them on right by her can spook her. Trims well as long as you're going for small sections of hair. I would also recommend if your cat (or dog) has "grinch feet" (long hairs between toes) then I would recommend taking off any access with scissors you can get before going in with this for detail work. Work smarter, not harder. No complaints, they remind you cleaning and oiling will make all the difference long term.

Very Small
I’ve been able to use this on both of my pups, but it is so small. You can’t get much done before the dogs are tired of it. It is quiet it is rechargeable. I honestly don’t know if I would purchase this product again. I’ll have to use it more times to see if it’s me or the razor.

The right tool for the job
She had matting between her paws. The metal blade doesn't move, a ceramic blade moves, so you can't hurt yourself when pressing it into yourself. Felt safe for right spaces. Was able to clear the matting and she wasn't scared of the tool because it was so quiet. There's a lovely little light too! With the whal shaver, she is tense. But with this little shaver, well she fell asleep!

Underpowered and annoys the dog
We tried this nail grinder on our corgi, a breed that's notorious for not wanting their nails trimmed. The device lacks the "oomph" of a proper grinder and mostly serves to heat up the nail and agitate the dog. I found it adequate for cleaning up a properly cut nail but it doesn't really function as a trimmer like a proper corded tool.I wanted to like this but ultimately relegated it to a smoothing tool.
