Excellent quality. Premium packaging

Good fragrance. The scent stays even after the dhoop is burnt out. Premium and sustainable packaging creates a good first impression. The unique stand to collect the ash works as promised.

The product was different

Okay, so the first time I ordered it, the fragrance was very nice. I was very happy and so I waited for almost a month for re-stock and ordered 2 together. However, to my utter surprise, the fragrance was very different. It did not even smell like Jasmine (like the first time) and now I can't even return it because I have already used one stick each from the box (thinking the other box would be fine).It was so disappointing. The quality of the product degraded so much, unbelievable.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the phool oudh scented one ,in product description it's showing that 15 cm but actually it is 10 cm only, fragrance is not much as the products high priceAnyway slight disappointment 😔Try to improve more because it's a high price one
