Product purchased is ok but despite paying installation charges in advance; I am additionally charged AED 150 in cash for removing existing AC.

Product is ok. But while installing the AC, I had to run to the electrical store for purchasing the AC Power PLUG which is missing in the box. Disappointed!

Air conditioner performance
Have a serious complaint for the Westpoint Air conditioner installed. It is not cooling sufficient enough. When we try to reduce temperature below 24 degree centigrade, water drips from indoor unit. Service technician has not been able to resolve the issue, request to take back the unit and provide refund.
