I like this toner. It’s different from others I’ve had. This capsule toner contains vitamin capsules floating in the solution. It looks interesting yet when you apply it, it still gets absorbed fast and doesn’t feel like there is any residuals on your face. I have sensitive dry skin and it hasn’t irritated my skin. I like the light scent and how refreshing and hydrating my face feels afterwards. I would purchase again and highly recommend!

I wanted to use this alone on my skin for a couple days without moisturizer to see if I could feel a difference in my skin, I'm often skeptical about toners. This one does make my skin feel more moisturized after it dries down, I'm assuming this is because of the hyaluronic acid in it. It's not a replacement for moisturizer or other skin care, but I feel that it does make a difference, and I'll be using it as a regular addition to my normal skincare routine. It has a light, citrus scent, the product listing said that it has the juice of 40 lemons - it is not that potent, don't worry. Maybe they are referring to the essence that has the Vitamin C, I'm not sure what that means. The "capsules" inside of it are part of the formula, it's not the little microbeads that pop, it's more of a oil/water type separation of the product, but both components rub in easily.Something I will note is that upon opening my toner for the first time, the safety seal was pierced which initially alarmed me - but I quickly figured out that there is a sharp point inside the cap from manufacturing that clearly poked through it when the lid was screwed on.

i don’t have the best skin but before using this i had very minimal breakout. only about 5 days using this, i began to break out in tiny but painful pimples all over my forehead, cheeks, and chin. pretty much my whole face. Along with it making my skin worse, i noticed no difference in the brightness of my skin.

I have sensitive skin, and these products can be a bit hit-or-miss for me. Unfortunately, this one was a miss. It caused me a mild breakout of little pimples, so I promptly ceased to use it.

ATHE Vital C-Some toner is lovely! The liquid is lightly viscous and holds tiny capsules filled with vitamin C. Apparently there are about 100,000 capsules in this bottle. The amount of vitamin C equals 40 lemons! My skin is often sensitive to Vitamin C products. However, I haven't had any irritation from the ATHE product. Maybe it's the delivery system? This toner is the first step in a routine and I use my usual moisturizer on top of it for extra care for my skin. I get the benefits of C, the first level of moisture from the toner, all without irritation.

One of the first things I noticed about this toner was it's nice, light scent. It has a very faint citrus fragrance, which is refreshing. I also noticed the bits of oil suspended in the transparent liquid, which makes this product different from other toners I've used. This goes on smoothly and feels moisturizing. I like that it contains niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, various plant extracts and vitamins C and E. However, it contains several silicones and several synthetic fillers, which I have mixed feelings about. Overall, the texture of this toner is great. It is a bit thicker than other toners I've used, making this a bit like a serum. A little goes a long way, and this absorbs readily into skin. This comes in a properly sealed, clear bottle. With it's vitamin C content, it would be best to keep this in a cabinet out of sunlight to prolong its shelf life.

Having tried a lot of different toners over the years, what I loved about this product was how it dispenses and that a little goes a long way. So although you get a little over 4 oz, it doesn't sound like a lot, but this would probably last longer than some toners that are 8 oz. A very small amount comes out of the bottle, but it works great. It's like a little bit of an oil and other great ingredients for hydration and cleans your face really well. It also left my face hydrated. I used a 100% cotton round that I get on Amazon. This is a product I would definitely order again.

As soon as I removed this toner from the box I was struck by how pretty it is, a pale orange color with darker orange flecks floating in it like stars. The bottle was safety sealed with a foil seal. I like the vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, and while it doesn't leave my face feeling dry i don't know that I would call it a moisturizing product lol. My face still wants moisturizer over the top. It does leave my face feeling soft and matte. Personally I don't detect a smell with this product. The design of the bottle does mean that you have to shake it to get the product out. Think shaking a ketchup bottle at a diner lol. I shook it directly onto my fingers and didn't have a problem getting the right amount of product.
