Super comfortable!
I got the 7cm one and it actually made a huge difference to our mattress, which was originally very hard. Is it perfect and soft like clouds? No. But for it's price, it makes a huge difference

Stained!
I bought this topper for our guest bed. I unpacked it one day after the return window closed for the first time to find it had several large stains on it! One could be from moisture but the other one I am not sure. Its in the middle of the topper. If I could I would have sent it back immediately as it's not sanitary and should obviously be new and free of stain. Not impressed

Product came with dirty marks and ripped
I ordered this mattress topper twice. The first one arrived dirty and ripped, so I returned it and placed a second order. Unfortunately, the replacement also arrived with makeup stains and other dirty marks. This makes me feel that the product may be reused or handled unhygienically. Sadly, I cannot give a good rating based on this experience.
