solid choice for the price
initial review:so i bought these due to uniform changes in our job. im used to wearing nikes or my medical wear crocs (no holes, strap style) for work bc theyre water proof and puncture resistant. i was hesitant due to the reviews but heres what ive noted: comes with heel cushion that came in handy bc the heel is low (think ankle socks) and my foot would otherwise slip in and out and cause rubbing; very cushioned when walking, you almost "bounce" and it absorbs the impact; kind of had to "kick/heel/kick" for it to feel snug, the front was too tight but now its "looser" and not rubbing as much; i have to get used to the height on them bc im used to my vans; feet are NOT sweaty yet, which i had an issue with when wearing my "nurse" crocs even with the wide toe option so thats nice. theyre not the prettiest but theyre going to get the job done. and for the price point i think its worth it in comparison to the shoes i was going to buy which were $140.

Perfect for Nursing clinical!
These are perfect for nursing school clinical! The price is perfect and the ease of cleaning is great! I love that I can wipe down so easily after school, the slip resistance is great too, I do squeak a little on certain floors but I don’t notice much. My feet do not hurt after being on them 13-14 hours a day either. Most definitely worth the price.

Great quality, but size down
Love them! Great quality and look just like the pictures. They do run big, so a recommended sizing down.

Lacks Support and Stabililty!
These shoes hurt my feet, but it's important to note that I have a high instep, which inherently creates an issue with achy tendons in the tops of my feet. This is a reason I was looking to buy a work shoe without laces (as the laces put unwanted pressure on those tendons--as does an unstable stride). At first sight, they look very nice... And the first try-on felt good and comfortable. However! During the first eight hour shift I realized these are NOT suitable as a work shoe! If you need any, and I do mean ANY kind of support from your work shoe, don't look for it in these shoes. They do offer a soft step, but lack support.Within the first hour I noticed they were too loose, allowing my feet to slide around inside them (I'm normally a size 9-1/2--but I bought these in size 9, as recommended here). The heels slipped on and off when I walked, which might not bother some people, as many nurses wear clog-type shoes that tend to do the same thing, but I was never able to wear those type shoes because they place too much strain on my feet by way of trying to manually secure my steps. I also think the soles are too soft. I'll try to explain. The material used for the soles of the shoe are not ideal in my opinion because it's too spongy/squashy for reaching a secure footing in a stride. It leaves your step very sloppy, which places great strain on your feet, ankles, and legs to compensate in trying to gain that security. I just hope this review can keep others from the disappointment of purchasing new work shoes that end up hurting their feet.UPDATE:I've been wearing these shoes to work off-and-on now for a couple weeks and feel I should add to this review what I've learned. First, I changed my star rating from two stars to three, and this is why: I discovered that changing out the insoles to ones I purchased separately and I already knew work well for me makes a significant difference in the comfort and stability of these shoes, and my heels don't slide in and out of them the way they did before this insole change. It does still annoy me that I had to make this change in order to make these shoes work for me. Second, I didn't add more than a single star to my updated rating because I stand by my original observation about the lack of stability given the too soft an outsole. I feel a firmer, more solid outsole would offer a more secure footing, thus a more comfortable stride. So, I will wear these shoes to work for now, and maybe I'll buy another pair after these wear out, as the price is not bad, and changing the insoles is easy. I'm just not sure yet. Time will tell.

The quality is bad now!
I am very disappointed with this item. I bought the same one one more years ago, and it served my feet well while working 12-hour shifts in a hospital until it wore out. So, I came back again to repurchase it. But this time, the quality of the shoes is definitely compromised and not as good as before. I exchanged them again and tried another pair, and finally, I thought I had found one that was the same as the good pair I had before. But so far, I have tried, and after wearing them only a few times a month, they started to hurt my feet. My only guess is that the factory producing these shoes has compromised the quality by focusing on producing a higher quantity for the market. This is sad news for me, as I thought I had found the perfect brand I could trust for ongoing long shifts of running and walking on the hospital floor. I hope the management of this brand can focus more on quality instead of the quantity they bring to the market.
