I had no issues with the phone till about 7 months when there there was a problem with the charging port. This was quickly resolved by excellent customer service from blackview. They arranged a replacement phone. Other than the phone works well and very sturdy and durable.

This brand new phone had some kind of nervous breakdown when transferring data from my old phone. Screen went black, and phone became completely dead even though the phone was fully charged. Only had the phone for an hour or two, and was just going through normal commissioning process. I hadn't got to the stage to actually use it. Phone could not be restarted by any means that I tried including all the normal tricks referred to on youtube help sites and the Blackview help site that I had to trawl for. I have had to return the product.Could possibly be a one-off fault, but suspect this is something systematic triggered by an AI response to data transfer. I wouldn't expect a hardware fault with a new phone, but if it is a physical fault then it suggests a lack of quality control with the manufacture. Annoying that the functionality of the product looked very good, but I didn't get a chance to use it.I have a Blackview A60 phone that has always worked well, so I was surprised this phone upgrade didn't meet my expectations. Could be a one-off.

Good battery life

Great for my job on building site

I had several well known brands phone in the past but they all failed on a building site. This environment needs much stronger phone, not necessarily with all bells and whistles. It is my 2ed phone and I'm extremely happy with it.

Good phone

I was sent this as a replacement phone after my original blackview phone decided to stop working after a month.Just avoid blackview products, the touchscreen on this phone just stops working, I know someone else who had the same problem. I've had three blackview phones and every single one causes problems after a short time, this hasn't been the case with other brands. Coincidence? No I don't think so. Horrendous, save your money and stress and get something that will last.

The BV5300 pro has been a great phone, unfortunately it developed a fault within warranty period. After finding the right contact email in blackview the problem was very quickly investigated and a replacement phone agreed to be sent to me. Excellent helpful support from Lona in blackview.
