This has the majors and minors in collagen supplementation. I was searching out something that at least included type 2, and this has 5, and 10 also. I wish it broke down the analysis of each, but still having all of them is more than most. Each cap containing 500mg makes it easy to dose for me if I wanted to increase a bit to get my own recommended amount. Pricey but made in the USA and that matters.
