It can seem bit anti-intuitive to use an implement that looks like it's made of plastic in a superheat frypan. But I guess that's new technology for you. I needed to cook fish fillets in a frypan for 6 people, I wanted the skin super crispy, so had the heat at maximum. I also needed a spatular wide enough to be able to pick up a fillet of fish without it breaking, which meant it had to flexible as well. Passed all these requirements with flying colours. In fact I use it for all things now, not just fish, because it's got a much larger surface area than most spatulars, is flexible and can take the heat.. Love it.

Good spatula but due to the way it's packed for delivery mine arrived bent, nothing that a little effort didn't fix but they should be shipped on a proper box instead of in a plastic bag

I am glad I went for this big size spatula, and not those other deceptively smaller ones. This spatula is the only one I have found on Amazon that is as big as it suggests it is on its advertised picture and measurements. My omelettes have finally stopped breaking apart in half when I go to lift them out of the frying pan.I just wish the head of my new spatula was a more sturdy one, mine swings a little and doesn't feel too secure. Maybe it's just a bad luck of the draw and everyone else's is more sturdy and doesn't feel like it might fall apart one day like mine does! Sigh!Otherwise it's a great size spatula and very good to cook with!

I am a 93 year old man new to this cooking but I do enjoy the frying pan. This item arrived juust in time for Pancake Day. Previously I have used a knife for turning but this spatula is marvellous for turnin things like omlettes or eggs I am well pleased.

It is a very chef friendly, anti scratch turner. A great product indeed. Unfortunately, the QA is not great, it arrived with a minor scratch. Two stars deducted

I'm so pleased with this purchase - the spatula is lovely a sturdy and has a excellent sized surface for lifting food from baking trays etc. It wasn't the cheapest spatula however, its great quality and it comes with a lifetime warranty!

I've only had it for a week, but it seems like a good product.The standard one is very short though, I wish I had ordered the long version - but it isn't an issue, so I haven't returned it.
