Absolutely horrible service

My item started to stop working after being turned on for 15 mins, then after a while it just stopped working altogether. Won't turn on at all. The seller is offering me a £16 refund for an item I paid £200 for and it is faulty as it stopped working after 2.5 months! I'm disgusted and will never purchase off this seller again.Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND
