It really helps with back fatigue!
I’ve always had poor posture and can remember being told over and over as a teenager to “stand up straight” by my parents. Now at age 58, I’m paying for it with poor posture that causes fatigue and back muscle pain when I walk or stand for periods of time. I tried the one sensor that attaches to my back and connects to my phone/watch to tell me when I’m slouching (will not name the brand), but I just kept getting buzzed even when I was just tying my shoes. It didn’t help and became annoying. I finally broke down and researched back supports. Because of the positive reviews, ease of putting it on, and the price, I decided to try Posture Corrector. I’ve been wearing it now for a week when I walk (3-4 miles a day) and stand for periods to time (baking and shopping). It is comfortable and easy to put on. The only area of discomfort is at the arms when I’m doing things and the strap folds over a little as I reach forward like when I’m baking or shopping. Since I only wear it for an hour at the most, it isn’t a problem and with the colder temperatures I can wear it over a t-shirt under a sweater and it is more comfortable. It really makes me stand up straight and tall. I really notice it when I’m walking as I’m not hunched over looking at the ground anymore - I stand up straight and look straight ahead. My back does not get fatigued and there is no pain. I’ll know more about whether it is training me to stand up straight on my own as I use it more. I’m very pleased with the purchase and the result.

Working from home is a pain in the back!
Well, I have been working from home since 3/2020, and have noticed increasing upper back pain and an increase in poor posture.Like many who are now not in the office we are making due with our home work stations, and while they may fairly mimic the office set-up there is a loss of ergonomic practices.I find myself slouching, and the back pain was getting pretty bad.I decided to order the Cadifet Posture Corrector. It was similar to others and came in at $ 19.99 and had a 25% off coupon on Amazon. The Good:It works! I have noticed that once I get myself strapped in that my shoulders are gently forced back & it is practically impossible to slouch when properly used. You only need to wear in 15 minute increments and increase as you see/feel fit. I noticed a decrease in my upper back pain after the 1st time I wore this. The price is very inexpensive and it is worth it to give yourself some relief. The Bad:The item shipped is a medium and that feels a bit snug on my chest. I am medium framed but do have broad shoulders/chest. The straps don't offer alot of extra give should you want to start looser & be able to tighten to an effective level.I almost feel like I needed another person to get me situated the 1st time, as I did struggle a bit due the the actual item being a tad small.Overall, I am very happy and have noticeable relief.Just have someone close by to lend a hand with getting you situated during the initial fitting of the item.

Better, BUT...
I needed something to help correct my slumping shoulders and back pain during postpartum recovery and breast feeding. First, I ordered a different one that was very strong and non-stretchy, that was basically just two loops around my shoulders. It really pulled my shoulders back at first, but right away it started riding up my back, almost sitting on my neck--which was massively uncomfortable and not what these things are supposed to do. I could tell I needed one with a band that would stretch across my ribcage to keep the shoulder straps in place. So I got this one.On the PLUS side, it fits much better and is more comfortable. It does not ride up. The entire thing is elastic and very stretchy. It stays in place pretty well thanks to the band going across, sitting comfortably under the bust. BUT because it is so stretchy, the corrective action is not very strong for me. It puts just a little pressure on my shoulders to remind me to put them back, but it doesn't force them back like the non-stretchy one does.So its a bit of a toss up. Out of the two, I tend to grab this one because its BETTER and does provide some counter pressure, but not a lot. It may be that a smaller size would work better for me. You may want to try a size down if you want more pull on your shoulders. Also, the elastic band is not contoured or padded in any way, so after a bit, it bunches up in the armpits, which is not much fun. Not a deal breaker, but not great. Overall this posture corrector is better, but has some issues.

Slouch corrector
I am very self conscious in wearing certain blouses or dresses that expose my shoulders because of the small hump formed while slouching. Slouching for me has always been a comfortable position but recently my back has been having pain in the upper region. I am conscious of my slouch and the hump has seemingly disappeared and I have tried to stand upright as much as possible. However, my shoulders still appear very strong looking so I went to try this posture corrector to help me out. It is very comfortable and feels like a light weight book bag with no books inside. It straightens the back as soon as you put it on. I followed the recommendations to start with 20 min then increase time per day as the days go by. I have been using the posture corrector for 3 weeks. I now wear my brace for about an hour per day. For the first week after removing the back brace, I could feel my shoulders leaning back in the slouch position but I was cognizant of it and fixed it. By the third week, It seems that my shoulders naturally fall in the upright position. However, I make sure to put on the brace when I am sitting on the couch to make sure I'm not slouching at all . I love this product and would recommend.
