Looks amazing in black color. Very functional. Also nice that you can adjust main shower height by sliding it up or down after installation.

This is an incredible product we use it for an outdoor shower and when coming back in from a hike in the woods or working in the yard it's great just to get cleaned up before going inside. We also have a hot tub so it's great to be able to shower before you get in and when you get out. I was so impressed with customer service as one of the set screws was not the right size, I was able to call, get a hold of somebody easily, they immediately set out the new part without any delays or problems. Great product great customer service at a reasonable price can't ask for more

Installed this shower faucet in our son's shower this past week and we absolutely LOVE it! Easy installation and works like a gem. We will be ordering another soon for our personal shower.

UPDATE: Looks good but has a faulty diverter and after installing two of these showers, we can't find a replacement part for the second faulty diverter. Shower diverters sold separately are for 1/2 pipe but this shower needs 1" fittings for the water supply and shower head and 5/8" for the shower wand. I'm trying to improvise a fix for this but so far no luck. We need customer service for this product, which we have not been able to find on their online store.

I bought this over 2.5 years ago and installed it in an outdoor shower. The outdoor shower is not undercover. It is entirely in the elements, and it still looks fantastic. Recently we hit and bent the diverter knobs that changes the water from the handheld shower to the over shower, and it started to leak. I contacted customer service and asked if they could send me a replacement diverter. They said it is no longer under warranty but was happy to send me a new diverter part. The only asked that I pau for the shipping. I obviously was more than happy to pay the cost. As you can tell by this review, I would definitely recommend purchasing this shower. It is a no brainer.

Overall, unit seems well made. The upper pipe leading to shower head is a bit thin. These are lots of washers and gaskets. In some places you sort of have to guess which ones go where. The main body is very sturdy and the valves work well. Installation as a homeowner was a bit challenging. The included brass adapters fit perfectly into a 1/2 drop elbow…normally used for shower head pipe in wall. These need to be mounted perfectly level and exactly 100 mm apart or it won’t come together. So, precision is required. I also had to fiddle with how deep to mount those in wall in relation to my wall material so that just enough of the male threads would stick through so main body would screw in flush. Turned it on first shot an no leaks! Good pressure and looks beautiful. Installed this very close to the ocean, let’s see how it holds up.

This is a beautiful shower system, which I installed in my bathroom remodel. It seemed easy enough to install, but there was an issue with leaking almost from the start. I don't know if this was due to the installation, but it couldn't be resolved. The lower half has completely rusted out within about 4 months of use, and the rusting has continued in little spots all over the entire control. It's disappointing as it is very functional, there's good pressure, etc. But it's not the type of rust you can just clean off, it's actually eating through the metal, so the whole thing will have to be replaced. I'm afraid to buy anything these days.

The product was easy to install and great to use, but during the winter time, some damage prevented me from using it again and I contacted the company which immediately allowed for a replacement at no cost with best in class customer support and service. It could have been potentially a losing battle, but it turned out to be a really positive experience.
