Blends well, should mix with fruit, protein powder, or milk to taste like a good sweet shake. With water it just tastes like water with hint of aroma in the taste. Feel more energized and helps a lot with digestive issues. The only concern I had was that the powder did not fill the tub all the way but a little more than halfway.

I've been using Greenergy for 8 or 9 years. The health benefits have been above anything I've used, which speaks to the longevity of use. But the last canister or 2 have been difficult to swallow, grainer than ever before. What I've always liked was that I could put a serving in half a bottle of water and just drink it down, no problem. But I've found myself gagging on it and wondered if there's a change in processing? It's kept me from using daily and reordering. I'm hoping someone can address this question.

Bad color, didnot mixed well with water after long time of shaking up, flavor is horrible and all the small pieces bother my throat so bad
