The 3rd party delivery people were very pleasant and brought the sofa into the living room, unboxed, assembled, and cleaned up the packaging. It was a great experience. The sofa feels very high end and seems well built. It is solid and there isn't any squeaking or flexing of the frame. The leather cushions have a just right firmness and the couch is comfortable to sit on. The color is accurate to the listing photos and the smell of the leather is quite nice without being overpowering. My only nitpick would be that the leather is so soft and smooth that you may find your behind sliding if you have a tendency to slouch. I liked the couch and the leather so much that I ended up buying some home theater seating as well from the same company (Valencia) so I can lounge away on that! Highly recommend

I’m still in awe at what an amazing purchase this sofa turned out to be. Never in a million years did I think I would buy an expensive leather sofa online without seeing it in person first, but all the five star reviews convinced me. It turns out all those five star reviews were well-deserved, as the sofa itself is immensely beautiful, functional, and comfortable. Right out of the box, the sofa requires just 5 minutes of assembly by attaching the wooden legs. The cognac leather color is beautiful and luxurious to the touch - and the leather smells great as well. No chemical smell to be found. The 88” length allows an average sized adult to lie down comfortably, and it makes for a great day bed once you remove the back cushions. The depth and height of the sofa also makes it perfect for sitting. The firmness of the cushions is exactly what I prefer. Customer service reached out to me directly as soon as I made the purchase, and remained in contact throughout the delivery process. The delivery process was smooth and professional, and delivery guys even helped me carry the sofa into my living room (I made sure to tip them!) which made things so much easier. The sofa was packaged fabulously in protective fabric and high-quality styrofoam - not the cheap kind that disintegrates into a million tiny pieces. Clean up was a piece of cake. This was SUCH a great experience to go through for a fantastic piece of furniture. I am totally satisfied with my purchase - in fact, I’m sitting on my new leather sofa as I write this review!

This mid-century modern sofa is well-made with thick leather that looks, feels, and smells like quality. I was hoping for a more firm sofa rather than one that you sink into. That’s exactly what I got. It was very well packed. The legs came stored inside the underside of the sofa which Velcro’s in place. I was impressed how well it was packed for shipping.

Exceptional comfort and voluminous cushions. Firm at first then you sink slightly into them. The leather is top quality.

What a bargain! High quality. Looks really good. I think that the arm pillows could be designed a bit better, however. They flop while the rest of the sofa is very firm. Other points: (1) Small package so it makes it through narrow doors easily. (2) Very easy assembly. (3) Holding up well.

For starters the color is perfect! It’s not too harsh of a brown with just the right orange undertones. The leather is very smooth and doesn’t have a strong smell to it. The cushions are on the firmer side but should wear down nicely over time. The wood legs and base are what catches the eye and seem very sturdy. Over all I’m very happy with this buy and the price is worth it. Update- It’s been 6 months, still feels and looks like it’s brand new. My son has spilled all sorts of things on it and everything wipes right off!

We love this couch. I have to say we were scared buying a couch that we couldn’t sit on or get a leather sample of prior to purchasing, but glad we did! The leather is top of the line premium grain leather just like a sofa we purchased from Macys years ago that was top of the line Italian leather. It’s super soft and also super scratch resistant, which is so difficult to find in a couch but a must for us having a dog. It is firm, but I do still find it comfortable. The bolts and nuts were missing to attach the feet but the seller had them sent to us in a matter of days so no problem there.

After going to every furniture store in my area and discovering that every single one would only ship to my house and not let me purchase and haul off a sofa, I reluctantly bought this sectional from Amazon. First and foremost, don't believe the shipping estimates Amazon provides. I was contacted by the seller shortly after purchasing and informed that delivery had to be scheduled once the sofa had arrived in my region. Since I live in a remote area, it would be weeks before I received my purchase. The seller is very communicative, and at no point did I feel lost in the process. I contacted them to explain that my work schedule had shifted and that I would not be home during the week of the projected delivery. Instead, I drove to the shipping warehouse two hours away and retrieved the sofa before heading out for a month of work. Assembling the sofa was a breeze. Despite my initial skepticism about buying an expensive sofa without seeing it in person, I was pleasantly surprised. After a few evenings of use, I found the sofa very comfortable. At 6' tall, I could comfortably lie on it, and I expect it to get even more comfortable with more butt-time use. I could lift the huge, bulky, and heavy box inside with a dolly by myself, but there were only three small steps leading up to my house to get it over. Maneuvering it once inside was a chore but doable. Assembly consisted of taking the legs out of a zippered pouch on the underside of both wings of the sofa and bolting them on before sliding the left wing into alignment receptacles pre-mounted on the main sofa. Overall, I'd purchase this sofa again. It matches the loveseat and 40" chair I previously bought from the same seller.
