Doesn't mix the best. But good intra.

I like the taste of this. A lot of these drinks are too sour and grainy and this one isn't. This one was very smooth and it taste good. I use it during my workout, might consider using it before instead of pre-workout but so far so good.

Love, its an intra carb but i use it with a non stim preworkout for goid enery exclude the caffeine.

Shake it, stir it, use a blender. It'll still just be a big glob of gooey mess. The first time you'll find out about its inability to mix will likely be while you're at the gym when you go to take a drink and end up with the aforementioned glob choking you.
