these handrails are excellent quality, strong and sturdy and good value for money. The fluted surface gives extra grip. I have fixed two of these in my elderly in-law's bathroom to assist and give confidence . The only downside is that there are no screws or plugs with the handrails, (and you need 6 per rail). strong plastic cover plates conceal the screws giving an excellent appearance. Highly recommended.

I purchased this to install for my grandmother in law as she struggled to climb in and out of the shower due to age related reduced mobility. I purchased the longest grab bar in this model as a bit of an anchor point she could use to aid her in and out. The unit its self is very sturdy and of good quality, the same quality you'd find in any public accessible WC. There's 3 fixing points either end which can then be hidden via a protective and decorative end cover. I used 2.5" 10s zinc screws (prevent rusting) in a 7mm hole with brown plugs and this has offered a strong installation to take some body weight. All in I'm very pleased for the modest price paid and it only took 10 minutes to install. *please note you will need your own screws, plugs and drill bit.

Bought this for my grandad who came out of hospital after 4 months of being in hospital with covid. We have multiple sizes dotted around the house, the rail itself is very sturdy, easy to grab with wet hands and the groves on the rail make it easier to grip before a fall. Only downside is it came without any screws.

For plastic I think they are really good and solid . Well worth getting , I even bought another one but slightly smaller . Good price .

Why did you choose this product over others?: I was surprised when I opened the door to the Courier, and saw the size the box, and out of curiousity, I measured it, 4ft long to something half the length. But took the Hand rail out, and held it up where its going to go in the hathroom, above the Radiator and Behind the door, which once mounted foot or two above the radiator, will be ideal as aid for pulling up off the WC, and when not in use, will also be ideal as Rail for putting the towel over, (especially when the heating has to get activated, and will give that warm towel feeling in winter.

La he comprado para mi madre que es mayor de 84 años y 100 kg de peso y cumple su cometido perfectamente. Lo recomiendo y es perfecta para agarrarse una persona mayor. Gracias. P.d. recomiendo colocarla con tornillos de acero inoxidable (porque el agua llegará a ellos) y tacos de buena calidad.

The finish is very good with decent grip. Sturdiness only time will tell. A must in houses with senior citizens.
