Thick, comfortable. I loved that this is 5/8 inch thick. I looked at many and even checked out Walmart and other places. This is a good buy. I would buy this again.

This mat was a lifesafer after V-Shred home workouts were killing my knees and wrists on my previous thinner and shorter yoga mat. It is extremely soft and feels like memory foam around your bare feet. The minute I enroll it, one of my pets immediately wants to lie on it because of the comfort.The only real negative and reason I didn't give it five stars is that if you are doing exercises in a plank position, or something where you are walking your arms out from your feet and then back, the mat stretches some lengthwise which makes holding a position or maintaining balance a little trickier. I have gotten better and being able to predict the give and take of the stretch, but it definitely threw me the first time I used it. So, if you're using it for home circuit training, like I am, it should work well If you're using it for yoga only, be prepared for an extra stretch.

This yoga mat is fabulous....I am just getting into yoga at home plus I have a lot of back and joint issues and am doing physical therapy exercises per my chiropractor. I gives me so much support and I can comfortably do all my moves. I ordered the black as that was the only available - it's more of a dark gray. Mat is a large size - width and length (I'm 5'3" and have a ton of room to stretch out) and comes with a very nice carrying strap. It came with no odor, but it air out and straighten a bit as it was curled some from being rolled and shipped. I just received it yesterday so I can attest to the durability. Very pleased. Shipping took six day to New Jersey. Not bad considering all the shipping delays due to COVID19.

I love this mat. This is my 2nd time purchasing. The 1st one I gave away. It's comfy to kneel or lay on. Well made.

Love this yoga mat. It is extremely comfortable to workout on. It does unfortunately slide around on the floor some, o you have to be careful with that. Also, when rolled up, this yoga mat is quite big to carry around (due to it's 3/4" thickness) and the strap is elastic so it will wear out quickly under the weight of this mat. Color is a little more dull than in the picture and it looks a little "industrial" to me. Either way though, it IS comfy as can be to work out on. So if you have a bad back that needs extra cushioning for sit ups or bad knees that can't handle the floor, this is a great mat to use. I love it, other than the fact everyone else kinda stares at me a little weird because the roll is so big. ;-)

This yoga mat is really comfortable. I have chronic lower back problems and use this mat daily for back stretching. The thickness of the mat ensures that none of my vertebrae will come near the floor (I am a relatively heavy man who can not use the flimsy thin mats). The texture of the surface makes it better to grip my feet when doing standing stretches. The mat is easy to roll up and comes with a black band that easily secures the rolled up mat. My daughter loves this mat for the purpose of napping. We occasionally pull up two yoga mats and have movie time before our naps. Heck, this mat is so comfortable I have even taken some naps on it. I highly recommend this mat.
