The product build is too hard to place your neck on. The bend angle is also very uncomfortable. You start feeling pain in the neck region just a few moments into placing your head on it. I didn't understand the comfort or utility of using such a thing at all. Made a perfectly normal neck, feel pain, when trying to relax on it.
