I got the 3.7oz chicken snacky pack for my boy. Smells bad, therefore he loves it! I just crumble them in my hand, put it in a dish, and add some water - if he doesn't eat it all in the first hour or so I'll come back and add more soup (water) to it. The little pack has 9-10 patties in it, so they're about the same price as regular cans but have much more protein. Since the serving size is 3 patties for my chunky man, I've been giving him one a day and about 1/2-2/3 his regular amount of dry food as we attempt a light diet. Pros: healthy, inexpensive, cat enjoys it Cons: cat DEMANDS it and will put off eating his dry food if he suspects he's getting more chicken soups.

My cats loved it. A little too much lol they chewed through the bag and one of them got sick. I had it up high but they found a way to it.

Smelled terrible! Also, the food was supposed to be shaped patties but it looked like pure saw dust when I opened the bag. My cat wouldn’t go anywhere near it! Such a shame, since I was excited to try this brand.

My cat LOVES these, and he is gorgeous and healthy and FULL of energy eating them, but I HIGHLY advise reconstituting these with liquid for two reasons: - Breaking them apart often leads to me finding sizable bones. Usually it's just one or two per patty, but some batches there have been eight or more per patty! However, he has never had any issues from eating these long before I realized they often have bones in them, for whatever that's worth. - I have a male cat who will NOT drink water to make up for how dry these are, even though he has two nice fountains. This resulted in some serious vet bills because he started passing blood clots in his urethra and getting clogged up. Male cats can be prone to this problem and it can literally kill them. What I do is make a package of chicken thighs (or legs or wings) in the Instant Pot with the minimal amount of water (about a cup) for about 45 minutes. The broth from that should gel completely when cooled in the fridge. For dinner my cat gets some cooked chicken, plus I take five big spoonfuls of the broth and mix it with a crumbled up patty. If you don't want to give your cat ANY cooked meat, then just eat the chicken yourself and use the broth for your cat. On this diet my cat is very energetic, playful, intelligent, and has no anxiety. His coat is SUPER shiny, everyone comments on it.

It's pricey but my picky cats LOVE it! Super picky cats.

I have two cats and they wouldn’t eat it

I recently began giving my cat raw food. He had been on a wet and dry food diet but he was constantly throwing up. I did some research about the problems with dry food and decided to try raw. I put at least 1/4 cup of water in a dish with one patty (I break it up) and add a quail egg. He devours it!! He's only vomitted once in 3 weeks (hair ball)!! I’ve also noticed that he doesn’t ask me for sink water any more bc I think he’s getting enough by lapping up the 1/4 cup 2x a day. I swear I can tell he is so much happier now. He barely will touch his dry food at all but I leave out in case he needs a snack in between meals. I wish I knew about this option for raw for all my previous cats bc it seems to suit them as carnivores so much better. (Side note, he is also OBSESSED with vital essential freeze dried minnows as a treat. Def try for you cat!)

Dewey absolutely loves this freeze dried meal! Super simple to prep raw feeding on the go. Crumbles really well and absorbs water to create a well balancing hydrating raw meal on rotation. Love it!
