Order couple months ago, the mattress was compression when it came, therefore it was not heavy at all, very easy to setup, just load it to the bed and it will automatic expand, usually take on all day to be fully to use it. The mattress feels like medium firm, it supports all different angle of your body. It really help me comfort sleep through all night. The Mattress was 10 inch of thickness, on the top layer it was designed have all little hole to be breathable. It help cool your back. I love the pattern on the top and white, it looks very clean and unique. Overall it was great mattress, definitely worth of value.

I read a lot of reviews and finally chose this mattress.This is a very comfortable mattress. I will say this mattress gave me a great night sleep. Not too hard and not too soft .It’s fully expanded in 24 hours .I bought this twenty days ago and I haven’t had any issues.I bought the 10 inch thinking it would be tall enough especially for the price it was.There was absolutely no odor when we took the plastic off .Perfectly So good and so comfortable. Definitely recommend.Go purchase this if you are looking for a good mattress.

Just wanted a better sleep experience. I have had this Novilla Queen memory foam mattress just over a week now. I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase. This was to replace an 8 year old Sealy Posturepedic. This mattress is not as firm as my old traditional Sealy mattress but I find myself waking up in the same position I fell asleep in which in my opinion means I was comfortable. I have been waking up refreshed and not tired at all so I know that I made the right choice. My mattress came rolled, condensed and wrapped in a box. Had very little smell at all. Almost smelled like the new car smell. Didnt even notice it after I woke up 1st night on it. I allowed it to sit and expand on my old box spring which I thought was fine at the time, we will get into that in a minute. I only let it expand 24 hours before sleeping on it. What I did notice is I felt a slight dip (& I mean slight) in the middle where I sleep whereas I am the only one on it at the moment. Nothing that affected my sleep pattern but I did some research with other brands of memory foam mattresses that suggested not to use a "spring fitted" box spring which is what I have. (some are built solid with no springs or give). I decided to throw 1/2" inch plywood in between mattress & box spring which totally fixed the problem. The dip feeling was being caused by the box spring not the mattress. The directions say you can use box springs, wooden slats or a solid platform. I have put a full size carpenters level on the mattress now to see if the dip is there, premature wear or if the mattress is not level in some spots. Comes out perfect every time. The only negative I have found online using a solid platform or in my case a piece of plywood, it does not give the mattress breathability. I do get warm when I sleep and I do not notice any heat being thrown back from the memory foam as some people do complain with these types of mattresses. I do see the zipper and a label that says removable. I have not done it myself yet but a good option. There are other brand mattresses like this one close in price that I looked at that had complaints of removing mattress cover and exposing their home to dangerous fiberglass dust. Later, they found a tag somewhere on the mattress that said " do not remove". Glad this does not have that problem. This mattress is so much cheaper than those very expensive ones you see on TV. I took the chance and I'm glad I did and save some money. I Hope to get many years of use out of it. Just an additional tip. Don't know how Amazon feels about endorsing other brand products so I won't mention the name but that pillow guy on TV! Always thought it was a gimmick. I orded a set anyway. That was the icing on the cake to add to this new sleep system of mine. Just a suggestion, get the extra firm blue label not the flimsy standard ones. This completed it for me. Good night sleep every night.

The bed came and did expand fully. It's medium-firm. The bed has a little "give". I have spine disease, and have slept on a 5 inch latex topper for years.Once I put the latex topper on, it was perfect for me.My friend bought the 10 inch mattress. It is firmer than the 12 inch. If you are looking for a firm bed, get the 10 inch.Beds are a personal preference item. Since this comes with a 100-day trial, if you don't like the feel you can exchange it.You can't go wrong with this buy because of the trial period.Recommend trying this bed.
