ok i bought this microsoft lumia 550 .and i would highly recommend this phone for anyone .and i would recommend this seller axi communication to you but with that being said 79.99 was a good price but i was not ok with the delivey of 4.49 it came by my normal mail and if you look at amazon there delivery is 4.75 and would of come by a courier the next day or the day after .but i will say this it was worth the wait so as i said i would definitely recommend this seller .and this phone to you;.now the phone its self when you get it do the following updates and the apps you wont like whats app and if you wont to custom your ringtone for your friends and family you will need to do the following down load a app called ringtone maker or you will have get a usb cable and then you put it in to your laptop when it come up with new devise click on it then once that is done all you need to do is click on the music you wont dragit to your ringtones and your done

Ideal for the purpose. Required a new phone for my wife to have in case of emergency whilst out in the car. The Windows platform was easy to understand as it corresponds to the PC with which she is confident. It also links nicely with my Lumia 640 even though at present they have different operating systems. Still in early stages but very happy.

Having used a Android Samsung S3 Mini I was getting fed up with the continuous updating plus battery meeds charging everyday . I am not a heavy user and made sure anything not needed was off but even a new battery did not help!Having W10 on all Laptops / PCs which works great I went for it and no regrets.Its a great phone under £100 if you don't want hundreds of apps and just want a PHONE TEXT FACEBOOK PHOTOS and surfing the web !Does all I need and fits into my pocket out of sight until needed!

Packaging of phone was filthy and damaged when it arrived (the phones packaging not the surrounding box). Doesn't look like a new product at all. Phone seems to be working ok for now.

Its not great, the screen flickers, battery runs down in half a day of only few short calls and few texts, forget about trying to compose an email or using the internet without a full charge and even then it runs down within an hour. I can't use as an alarm as it runs out of battery overnight and slept in and was late for work. I have tried to return but heard nothing and its all too annoying to try and fix. I would recommend buying from a big known supplier or from Microsoft direct. Think could be a faulty batch. If the supplier does decide to read this and then see that I've tried to send back then please sort this as unfair to sell something that doesn't meet standards. 😠
