Does the job and doesn't take up much room
Can't beat it for the price.....I have only used it about 3 times now but no issues...Just a FYI, keep your hands on the round side rails while lowering the sections.....luckily I didn't break a finger tip :) and it was my error since I didn't fully read the instruction sheet.....it's fairly lightweight, easy to carry and goes up and down easily.......

Easy and efficient
Exactly what I needed for a maintenance service cart. Saves a lot of space and reaches everything I need to do.

Worth the money especially if it's not a daily climber
I purchased this ladder over a year ago not my favorite but for the price it does exactly what a ladder does. kinda on the heavy side and the rings are a bit to spaced out for my liking . All in all it's a ladder that's lasted over a year and sturdy.

This travels with us in our 5th wheel. It works great as long as the hubs doesn't fall off. (Seriously)

Nice extension ladder
I bought this ladder to use on my motorhome. It is compact, light weight, sturdy, and stows easily. It lets me reach the upper/outside edges of the motorhome with no problems.

Vender can't be trusted. I would never buy anything from them again!
Item description was lacking. ladder steps were too far apart for my wife to use. Return procedure was vague. Sending item back was more expensive than initial cost. Phone number listed was not real, just a long bunch of numbers.

Heavy, but works well.
My only complaint is that it is very heavy, but so far it is sturdy, and works well.

Buyer beware: Seller is open-box reseller.
I informed the seller I received a used product and sent several images, including the two you see here, and their response was proposterous. I'm still awaiting their reply to my "I'm not an idiot" response...The ladder itself is great! I just wish I spent the 10 extra dollars on the same one from a different seller. I almost didn't buy this because of the negative reviews, but now I know why.... returned and re-sold! I will be editing this, disclosing their lies, after I receive a response. The stability is by far greatest, than any traditional aluminum ladder I've used in the past. Some folks say its unstable??? Um, on my dads you can literally see the aluminum rails bend between the rivits. With this- no bending at all. Now, that's not to say there isn't a wobble. However, that's from the slack in all the connections to make it telescopic. I would far more trust that type of wobble than that of the aluminum bending on dads!!! A steel ladder may have less slack between those connections... I don't know- but that means more weight. The only 2 things I would change is to include caps for the protruding bolts after bolting on the bottom rail or rivit them in the factory... since the box could be 4 inches wider to accommodate them, and take away the extra 4 inches in depth so the product doesn't bang around destroying the box‐ of which I was surprised not to see damage caused by terrible packaging. Lastly, I would have liked better designed feet on the oposing side of the beforementioned rail to be rounded as not to damage or dent drywall when extended to 12 feet.Other than you buying it from any other seller, great ladder!
