SOOOOO DISAPPOINTING! TWO urns arrived broken in two, in same spot. Made of thin resin, in China.
SOOOOO DISAPPOINTING! TWO urns arrived broken in two (see attached photo) in same spot on vases (smallest neck area). Made of thin resin, in China. So I hesitated to ask for a replacement or reorder, because think this is a defect in the design and would likely happen again. OH and I have been waiting to purchase these for so long! And now I am completely crushed that the products are made so badly. IS MACKENZIE CHILDS SERIOUS? This is supposed to be a high end company creating superior projects BUT the materials in these two vases was SOOOO inferior! At least Amazon gave me a refund, but OH how depressing this is that now we have to be suspect of quality with this company, and on pricier items too! This was a $400 order.
