Happy cook with more counter space
I bought this so I can have more counter space to cook and this worked really well in my small kitchen. It holds alot of dishes and if you decide not to put your dishes away your kitchen still looks clean.I like that the extra water from the wet dishes drips right into the sink. I do not have all this water on my counter any more.It was easy to put together and pretty sturdy.

You Know You Need
Yesssss BUY IT , I am a mom of 4 family of 6 so I have definitely tested it out. The rack is amazing it’s everything that the pictures show . It is very tall even if you lower it , but it’s not bad at all . I wish it came with a mat for your sink tho , yes the water drains in the sink but it still hits the counter. The only thing I don’t like is the cup holder it’s kinda flimsy and it don’t stay on we use as a pot holder rack . It’s a great rack if you have a family , I love that each basket is sturdy and it holds a lot . No worries about breaking plates ,you never realize how much space a counter dish rack takes up . This rack absolutely is a great investment and it save counter space !

Didn't work for me, but not because it isn't good. Measure and assess your space carefully!
This dish drainer is intended to save counter space by hanging in the space above your sink. Even though it fit the measured space, It wound up being too tight a fit for my comfort--made the sink feel crowded, and left the glasses rack hanging over the counter, instead of the sink. Also, the larger 'pan' draining piece has no bottom--just a couple of parallel rails and spacers that fit into the rails. I had figured I could dry plates and dishes in that when I didn't have pans, but the lack of a bottom limits what you can put there to a particular diameter--mostly fry pans or dinner plates. The other drainer pan worked well, but the whole thing felt too big for the space, and too small for the task, in my kitchen. It is very adjustable to fit a variety of spaces. Just remember you need clearance at the top, too, if you have cabinets passing above your sink. I didn't have trouble assembling it. It's a bit tedious as there are many parts. [Full-disclosure, I'm moderately mechanically inclined and experienced with basic tools]. It comes with the Allen wrenches you need to assemble it (and do not try it without the wrenches--it will not get tight enough). Directions are worth glancing at, even if you aren't generally a 'directions' person, as it has some ideas about sequence and manner of assembly that makes it easier.I wound up returning this because it felt wrong in the space I have. I felt crowded out of my own sink in spite of there being plenty of space. However, it was welded together and seemed solid. The people complaining about it falling over may have missed a step in the assembly, because mine felt very sturdy once it was all assembled, but there are a LOT of pieces. That said, if you even think you MIGHT want to return it, take photos or video as you unbox it, because getting it back into the box a couple of days later was a 3-D Tetris Master Tournament. I got it all back in the box and the box to close neatly, but it was a challenge! Remembering what fit into what (or having it on video) would have sped up the process.I would still recommend it, but it's probably better if you have a wide and deep space around your sink, or a window to make it feel less crowded.

Pretty good in most ways
I've been using this for over 6 months now and really like it. I resisted getting one because I don't like a cluttered look, but this one looks pretty good and doesn't feel cluttered. The ease of using it and how good it is to have one, far outweighs the clutter. Overall a pretty good product for the price. Seems to be quality material that should last a long time. Even though I'm still rating this as a 5 because I think it's quality enough to give a good rating, I do have some suggestions for improvements. 1) It slightly bends in the middle because there is no support in the middle. Just adding a clip that goes all the way around both main racks in the middle would give it more support off of each other. Or add another bracket somehow. 2) It needs a place to place lids better, they don't really fit anywhere. I made my own and saw some little baskets that hang at Daiso I might add to it. 3) add some cross bars under the non-basket rack. I took old busted hangers and bent them to add cross bars. I'll try to get a photo later possibly. 4) The silverware holder could use a little more holes for water to exit, and it would be great to add a little flat piece of plastic under it to divert the water into the sink since it hangs off the side of the sink. 5) The cup holders need to be like 1/2 inch longer, many cups and jars are sitting precariously on them to the point where several have broken falling off while puting other dishes in the rack shaking it.Even with all those suggestions, it's still a good quality product that just need some small improvements to be even better. They might just be things that I'm noticing and others aren't, so I can't ding them for a star if it might just be my own experience.

Perfect Space Saver! Get one now!
This little problem-solver is fabulous. It's easy to assemble (I'm getting older, so arthritis can be a problem; but this was easy - the instructions were clear, and the screws weren't too hard to turn.) We decided to use the knife-holder section for extra silverware. It's very sturdy and doesn't shake or rattle. I'm so happy with this purchase!

Great space saver/organizer item!!
This was perfect for our needs! We have a very small kitchen with limited counter top space!!I had to really struggle to have space to dry dishes!! Now everything is organized in an “upward” way! The area above the sink is no longer wasted!!The rack is very sturdy/not wobbly at all!!The one downside was that there were very minimal instructions about how to put it together. There was a video online that gave a little bit of information, And if you really poured over the directions, you could get little clues from the pictures as to which direction the different bars went. Between the two of us, my husband and myself, we figured it out! And we’re very pleased with the results!Because of the tight fit between two cabinets, we had to adjust where some of the side options went i.e. the cupholder.
