Honestly, it is so beautiful. I feel that the real Barbie has come to me. Such a realistic and happy face. I love it. I am so lucky to have watched it on its release on the giant cinema screen. The memory will stay with me forever. This doll is a memory of that day and it is my most treasured Barbie doll from my Barbie collection. Thank you so much, Amazon.

Barbie arrived on time and in perfect condition. She had been shipped form the EU with no damage to outer box or inner. She is just what my daughter wanted and is very happy.

Before I get into my personal thoughts I'm going say: this doll IS a very beautiful doll.Base dolll; face sculpt :she has the new face sculpt desighned in likeness of Margo Robbie which definently looks better with the side part hairstyle she has, as I have both her & the PDB.Base doll; articulation: Her base doll is the "deluxe " articulated body with 11 points of articulation that the Barbie extra dolls have aswell & she does have a stand but I personally prefer my ones so I display her on those instead.Fashion: Her outfit is a pastel top with bow, a bubble skirt with a mini petticoat (something PDB could have benefited from. I added my own to my doll), white underwear & a blazer made from a tweed like material that matches her hat & she has gold plated pearl drop earings & blue opentoe stap heels. The outfit is very pleasing colourwisr but also quite basic ( looks better on Margo than the doll in my opinion). It opens & closes with snap buckles as opposed to velcro giving a more deluxe feel. the skirt & top are removable aswellHair: out of the box it is extremely crunchy & stuff with matting on the back which is known as " box hair" & has a side part rooting as opposed to the Perfect Day Barbie doll (PDB or pink gingham dress doll, see pictures above) whom has bangs instead (not very accurate ones but it's easier for factories to do blunt bangs as opposed to side bangs with layers on mass produced dolls). The hair doe's feel alot better after a boil wash (pouring boiling water over her hair & brushing out the hair so when it dries it's straight & sleeker).Box: the box for this doll is by far the most confusing thing about her: it's bigger than the PDB which really confused neMPO: doll is far too overpriced ( in British money), she costs £66 which is tbh, £20 more than PDB who I'd say is better quality. The outfit DOES have slightly more complex desighn pieces but materials aren't the best ( the skirt & top are a cheap satin material) so that's not the best thing. She also has a weird certificate of authenticity but she's a mass produced doll & not a limited edition doll so that's really questionable.I like the PDB doll better but that's more or less becouse I think they executed her desighn Better than they did with RTB( return to Barbieland) on doll scale but overall, asthetically pleasing. 6.5/10
