Works well, but flex those muscles!
I love ricing potatoes - very healthy and versatile. I like this ricer, however it is not as heavy as it could be, and it is tough to press the potatoes. I am pretty tough myself, so I can use it without much problem -- if you are daintier than I you might want to get a heavier one.
