I recommend this brand, it contains12 fruits and veggies, more than most contain. The capsules are very easy to swallow with a little liquid and I feel healthier and more energetic.

Good product !

It’s hard to tell which fruit and vegetable supplements are the best. I took a guess and decided to try this Swartz daily vegetables and fruits. I don’t notice any difference in my health, but maybe it’s doing me some good. I wanted to make sure I got Beetroot, spinach, kale in my veggie supplements. In my fruit supplements, I wanted pomegranate, blueberries , grapefruit and elderberries. These supplements have what I wanted . Not all supplements include those particular fruits and vegetables. I just hope it’s doing me some good. I’ll use them for a little while and see if I feel a difference. It can’t hurt.

After two months, these seem to be a good choice. Along with a better diet on my part, I feel better and have more energy. A bit of an odor when taking, but not super bad like some. Would recommend.

Took these products for about two months did not notice any difference

I am just finishing up my first "15 day supply" of these. The directions say to take 3 of each pill, once per day. I am taking 2 of each: 1 of each at breakfast, and 1 of each at dinner. I decided to do it this way because I wanted the 45 count bottles to be more like a 3-week supply. I feel they work as intended. I admittedly eat pretty terribly and don't get enough fruits and vegetables. With these pills, I notice a difference in my gut health. My stomach feels better in general and "BMs" seem much healthier. I will keep taking these. These are the ones to buy because they are at the best price of any similar pills I have found.

I remember when I was much much younger I was told to make sure you eat fruits and vegetables which I payed for until I found these and thank God I'm able to buy them cause I truly feel better in ways since taking them for a couple years now 👍👍up.
