Fantastic Customer Service, Needs better Adjustability
I wanted to use the bike extensively before writing a review... Now that I've ridden it multiple times doing Peleton online workouts I wanted to submit a balanced review.First they warn you not to buy the bike if you are 6' or taller. I am 5'8" and had to contact customer support for a different seat mount as the seat height was so short. Honestly this is a good budget bike for folks in the 5' - 5'5" category. Some other comments:Sturdiness - Overall very solid with one exception. I push myself and have not had an issue with the bike standing up to the use. The exception is the seat depth (not height). I tend to like my seat about mid-way in the adjustment setting but under load it pushes itself back to the end. I fixed this by inserting a couple of bolts under the seat to prevent it from slipping backwards. Did the trick.Adjustability - Decent. With the exception of the above mentioned seat depth, the height of the handle bars and height of the seat are based on notches. You won't get a perfect fit but then again you're not buying a Peleton bike with excellent adjustability. You get what you pay for but that said it is fine for my needs.Digital Readout - like every budget bike it is next to useless. There is space underneath for a small phone but not really useful.Ease of adding/decreasing resistance - very straightforwardCustomer Service - A+++. They responded almost immediately to my seat problem and shipped me a replacement part immediately. You do not always see this given the price point but they were terrific.Would I buy it again? Maybe or I may invest in something more expensive next time. Do I regret the purchase? Not one bit. They care about their product and the responsiveness was appreciated.

Works for what I need
I was not looking for an expensive Bike with many features. This does what I needed it to.The seat is very uncomfortable and did not lock down appropriately so it fell backwards ALOT. Incredibly uncomfortable and difficult to work with. I purchased a different seat, from different supplier, that doesn’t fall backwards but does easily turn left and right no matter how tight I make it. Makes me feel like it’s the post issue not the seat itself.I don’t like the counter as it’s obviously not as accurate as a more expensive unit that takes into consideration weight, heart rate, tension, etc. I knew this so not a flaw to the bike but something people should be aware of if this is important to you.Lastly if you have back pain, like I do, leaning forward to the bars is uncomfortable. Even just to hold the bars you have to lean forward. So I spin mostly in a straight sitting position with my arms down unless I’m standing.

Nice, compact, worth of the money
I want a simple budget indoor bike as I am gaining weight since working from home. This bike is nice looking and inexpensive. Its compact size fits well at a corner of my family room. I was aware of the complaints on the bike seat from reading the reviews before placed the order. I did not care, as I have an extra bicycle seats can be used as a replacement. It turns out this bike come in with a wide version bike seat which is comfortable enough for me.Some reviewers mentioned a free device. I also found an advertisement in the package promised an App and a free device to connect the cell phone to the bike for a virtue riding experience. I thought the concept is cool, so I followed the instruction and emailed the custom service for the free device. The custom service responded promptly. Days later I received the device, which looks like an audio cable splitter (see attached picture). It cannot be used to connect with an iPhone or an iPad. Still, I followed the manual to download and install the App “Qiber2. The App is useless without the required connection… Meanwhile, I noticed the “Qiber2” had a rating of 1.4 stars in the Apple store. Apparently, people who tried the App did not like it. I recommend iPhone users forget about the free device. It is a waste of time.Considering that the free device and the app was not part of the product but a bonus, I did not reduce my rating because of it.For the bike itself, the framework is sturdy, assembly was simple, and the riding is comfortable enough. It is worth of the money for the inexpensive price.

potentially decent at home bike
I think overall it's potentially a decent bike. Here's my initial reaction: the plastic parts, like the water bottle holder and the LCD display, are kind of cheap but seem functional enough. There isn't as much flexibility with the seat adjustment (figure out the measurements if you have shorter legs). From what I could test out, the noise was relatively quiet. I do like the size and roller wheels for transport. This is not on the company as much as it is the delivery folks: The package arrived torn and while there was lots of styrofoam, the rear frame arrived bent and unusable. there were also more minor blemishes and broken bits as seen in the pictures. I tried to assemble the bike to see if I could still use it, but it's not balanced due to not being able to bold the frame to the rear tube. Really bummed that I waited this long to get it only to not be able to use it.

Solid and good value for the money
It was fairly easy to assemble. Feels like decent quality to me...the seat seems to loosen so it twists a bit easily but it isn't a problem so far. Seat is very well padded, but I still get uncomfortable on it so I'm going to add a padded cover that I used on my outdoor bike. The wheels on the front of the frame make it very easy to move around the room if needed. The computer isn't very easy to figure out. It saves the info from the sessions and keeps accumulating, so I need to figure out how to clear it without removing the battery. Not a high priority as I'm really only interested in time and I get heart rate and time from my fitbit...
