I’ve had mine for over a year now and it works perfect in my pool worked good in my buddy’s pool and he bought him one. I don’t know what everyone else is doing but if it don’t work for you your not doing it right you can bet on that

Pretty good for a quick vacuum but no where near the suction to get dirt in wrinkles on bottom of pool. Also when you retrieve it, dirt comes out of it and goes back into pool.

Bought 02/2024. We were happy with its performance the first six months. After that, it stopped working for no apparent reason. We troubleshoot and made sure it was charge. Now there’s nothing that can be done. The return window has closed and we are stuck with $150 Robot that does not function. Do not purchase.VERY DISAPPOINTED

I love the easy maintenance on this.It cleans well&easy cleaning the device.He smoothly goes around pool bottom&does not get entangled with hoses around pool ladder,or anything else!runs smoothly&not heavy to carry or set up/Those hose cleaners are such a pain compared to this type!

Such a time saver for a Maintenance guy!!! It enables me to be at two places at once. Completely worth the purchase price. I bought (2). One for each of my 25,000 gallon pools.

Ok, I was going to give this a one star because I had to babysit the cleaner to make sure it kept running. It was constantly getting stuck because we have an above ground pool and there are some wrinkles on the bottom and not perfectly flat. I removed the little scrapers on the bottom and now it keeps moving.
