I feel in love with shin ramyun but since I was diagnosed with alpha gal I can’t eat it because it has beef in it. This is a spicy “vegan” version. So far I haven’t reacted to it and the broth is almost as good as the shin ramyun and is very spicy. This is the best price I’ve found and I cannot find it locally.

This is the best instant ramen I’ve ever had. I’ve tried some expensive brands, and this blows them out of the water. A nice surprise for me was the way the broth thickens and becomes slightly creamy while I wait for it to cool. Although the noodles are packaged, overall it reminds me more of what I’d get at a Japanese ramenya than any other instant ramen I’ve had to date. The rich flavor and consistency of the broth is what does it. Heat level: It’s not spicy-hot at all. I prefer spicy ramen, but that’s ok, I can add my own condiments.

This is my favorite Ramen! Vegetarian friendly. So good I had to buy in bulk. I could literally eat this every day

They are on the spicey side, but I think the Shim Green are my favorite. Plus you can always find them on Amazon.

Shin has the best vegan instant ramen. Unlike Chef Woo, I don't need to add extra spices of garlic powder and stuff to make it taste like something.

I got these as because I wanted to expand from just having the gold flavor, and I ended up liking this just as much if not more. The noodle texture is slightly different though
